As-Salam-Alaikum sab ko!

Let us all share our original Hyderabadi recipes here, (kahin se bhi copy mat kariyega, apne khud ke yahaan par share kariye recipes) so that everyone can get access to our Hyderabadi Pakwaan.

Rozmarra ke khane se leke daawato wale pakwaan ki recipes, aur hosaka to pictures share kariye sab yahaan. Kyun ki Hyderabadi recipes zyada nahi hai kahin likhe huwe. Sab ko kaafi madat hogi.

For the start, here is my recipe for Tomato Kut:

Tomato Kut
Ingredients:
Tomatoes - 1 kg, large red, finely chopped
Dry roasted Gram flour - 3 tbsp

Sieve them both together and pour into a saucepan at medium heat.

Add:
2 cup water
salt
chilli powder - 3/4 tsp
dry roasted coriander powder - 1 tbsp
dry roasted cumin powder - 2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
curry leaves - 12

Mix and let cook for 8-10 minutes until a little bit thick in consistency.

Prepare baghaar:

In a small frying pan, pour oil, as it warms, add Cumin seeds(1 tsp), dried red red chillies(4), curry leaves(4). As they splutter, pour into the tomato kut.
Serve.
