dilbaaz did not have any hassle getting through the customs and immigration at tehran airport, also he did not have any problem to get his laptop out with him, the grey bearded cool loking customs officer did not even bother to open his laptop that contained info and pictures of the contacts he was going to make over in tehran. dilbaaz smiled at his luck as he took a taxi to the hotel where he was booked as feroz derbeshti by a travel agent in karachi, hotel albustan palace was a medium class hotel in tehran and catered to middle class business people and tourists from nearby arab and middle eastern states.

his one and a half hour flight from istanbul turkey to tehran was pretty comfortable flying business class that means choice of menus and cocktails, although he flew into istanbul a day before from new delhi as Indian businessman akaash khanna, his tickets into tehran showed he had left from karachi to istanbul and then to tehran as he was provided the new documents, tickets and hotel vouchers in istanbul by his colleagues in the RAW. in the recent years RAW had gathered tremendous expertise and knowledge in the field of providing and arranging documents, they had come of age at the moment and mastered the art of documentation and travel support to their agents at the MI, RAW and CBI. This new edge in the business had put them in the second place in the world second only to the Lebanese secret service and the Hezbollah that was leading in the art of forging and manipulating travel documents, in this field Lebanon had surpassed even the CIA and the mossad who are considered the most sophisticated.

In the same way dilbaaz was not booked to fly on his return from Tehran to new delhi or directly to Karachi, but he was scheduled to take a flight from Tehran to cairo Egypt as feroz, then on switch papers as akaash khanna and fly from cairo to new delhi with just an over night stay at the hotel Mina House Cairo owned by the Tatas.

His mission in Tehran was simple as it was explained to him before his departure from new delhi by george matthews and surana who also acts as the national security advisor, his mission to personally meet sunrise and evaluate the situation as new delhi was under heavy pressure from Washington dc. And by London to penetrate the sunrise. but to sunrise he was the double agent feroz working for the Pakistani ISI the Iranian secret service Savaks. He was even supposed to provide drawings and data to sunrise posing as feroz, drawings to assemble nuclear warheads to go on the irani submarines.

so far the chemistry was going smooth between habiba and dilbaaz 45 minutes into the first encounter, they laughed talked and enjoyed the rose flavoured tea dilbaaz puffing on the shisha as he paused while speaking and habiba did not order a shisha but she was smoking her slim cartier.

the subject came to their favourite hobbies and amzingly both said the same thing that hey no time for hobbies any more.!!! and laughed.!! while talking on various subjects dilbaaz popped the question without any one nearby noticing what was said that he could upload the drawings once he goes back to his hotel room and habiba handed him a small match stick box with her secret email address written on it.

in a few minutes they left the place in different directions she drove her jaguar back to her work place and dilbaaz just took a walk back to his hotel which was not too far from the souk.!!!

A new airport opened in Tehran, Iran, in February 2001. Imam Khomeini International Airport (IKIA) is equipped with advanced aviation technology and is estimated to have cost almost $1 billion. Associated investment projects, carried out by either private or public enterprises, include aircraft hangars, in-flight catering, hotel, duty-free shops, fuel supply and passenger and cargo handling facilities.

This new airport will take over all domestic and international flights from the Mehrabad Airport (Tehran's other international airport). Studies carried out by the Civil Aviation Organisation (CAO) of Iran recognised that the present airport could not be upgraded and expanded to meet the expected growth levels.

Imam Khomeini International Airport is located in a 15 hectare area located some 30km to the south of Tehran on the Tehran-Qom highway. Work on the project began before the Islamic Revolution during the 1970s but was halted due to political circumstances. Overall responsibility for the project rests with the ministry for roads and transportation.

this description of the new tehran airport will go after "dilbaaz landed in tehran two days before as feroz derbeshti on a green pakistani passport"

The Peace Maker

Mission Dilbaaz

Meeting at Surana’s office present are George Matthews and Dilbaaz, surana goes ‘dilbaaz aapko ek kaam karna hoga’ dilbaaz paying full attention to surana. You have to crack sunrise and intercept the supply chain. George goes ‘how will you do it?’ dilbaaz still listening quitely ‘you will get in touch with your contact in the ‘services’ (an alternate name commonly used for ISI at the MI) and through him you will directly meet sunrise and crack them, you know the rest how to handle?’ Yes Sir.!! Dilbaaz goes. Surana goes you will be incharge of this mission; you will be directly interacting with the American and the goras’. Yes Sir.!! Dilbaaz goes. ‘RAW will prepare your flight plans and documents’ Surana goes ‘Raj will be coordinating with you from time to time, your flight to Istanbul leaves in 48 hrs. be prepared.’ The meeting was over in 45 minutes with tea and snacks served personally by Vrinda who seemed curious about dilbaaz, though she just knew him as one of the key agents at MI.

First thing Dilbaaz wanted to do to prepare for the trip was to log-on to the RAW site and study as much as possible about sunrise and their current activity. No one could crack into this site except with the passwords provided daily to the registered users at RAW and the MI. He also shot a coded message to sikander the double agent in the services for a possible meeting in Turkey with in the next 48 hours.

Dilbaaz was a topper at the NDA pune 2003 batch, coming from a military family he had a natural ability to compete and achieve. His interests, hobbies included karate, triathlon, and archery. Though, he was good in every sport available at the academy, besides he was the leader of the prestigious Oscar club at the academy with keen interest in foreign languages such as Arabic, Persian, Hebrew and French. Six years of rugged service in the army with dozens of international assignments of espionage made him one of the sharpest men at the MI.

I think enough dose of dilbaaz at the moment, i will be writing the american scenes in the next ones, cheers.!!

And always bragged about this to his juniors. !!! However his seniors were impressed by his keen interest to upgrade and modernize the NI.

A brief note on the Indian navy:

India is a maritime nation strategically straddling the Indian Ocean with a substantive seaborne trade. The country’s economic well being is thus very closely linked to the ability to keep sea-lanes free and open at all times. Besides, India has other maritime interests as well. The island territories situated on the Western and Eastern seaboards are at considerable distances away from the mainland. To ensure their sustained development, umbilical linkages with the mainland and maritime security protection are essential pre-requisites of our maritime security. Our offshore assets within the Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ) of 2.02 million sq. kms, fisheries and deep sea interests, major and minor harbours and the overall seaward security of long coastline and island territories are other vital aspects of maritime dimension and Navy’s responsibilities.

Indian Navy has consciously taken the difficult route of indigenisation in consonance with the national endeavour towards self-reliance. The Navy embarked upon a programme for indigenous construction of ships and development of major sub systems, sensors and weapon systems with the help of Defense Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) and Defense Public Sector Understandings (PSUs). Commissioning of the indigenously built destroyer, INS Delhi on November 15, 1997, & commissioning INS Mysore on June 2, 1999 have enabled the Navy to become a builder’s Navy and not just be a buyer’s Navy. Self-reliance through indigenisation has been the Navy’s guiding philosophy over the last half century.

The Indian Navy is organised into three regional commands

• HQ Eastern Naval Command, Visakhapatnam;

• HQ Western Naval Command, Mumbai; and

• HQ Southern Naval Command, Kochi.

The Indian Navy is divided into the following broad categories

• Administration;

• Logistics and Material;

• Training;

• The Fleets;

• The Naval Aviation; and

• The Submarine Arm.

The origins of the modern Indian navy are traced to a maritime force established by the East India Company in the seventeenth century. This force had a variety of names--the Bombay Marine, the Indian Navy, and the Indian Marine. In 1934 the Royal Indian Navy was established, with Indians serving primarily in lower-level positions. After independence the navy was the most neglected of the three services because the national leadership perceived that the bulk of the threats to India were land-based.

The first efforts at naval rearmament emerged in the 1964-69 Defense Plan, which called for the replacement of India's aging fleet and the development of a submarine service. Between 1947 and 1964, fiscal constraints had prevented the implementation of ambitious plans for naval expansion. Consequently, many of the vessels were obsolete and of little operational value. As part of this expansion program, the British helped develop the Mazagon Dock shipyard for the local production of British Leander-class frigates. The Soviets, however, were willing to support all phases of the planned naval expansion. Accordingly, they supplied naval vessels, support systems, and training on extremely favorable terms. By the mid-1960s, they had replaced Britain as India's principal naval supplier.

During the 1980s, Indian naval power grew significantly. During this period, the naval facilities at Port Blair in the Andaman Islands, in the Nicobar Islands, and in Lakshadweep were significantly upgraded and modernized. A new line of Leander-class frigates was manufactured at Mazagon Dock in collaboration with Vickers and Yarrow of Britain. These frigates, redesignated as the Godavari class, have antisubmarine warfare capabilities and can carry two helicopters. During the 1980s, plans were also finalized for the licensed manufacture of a line of West German Type 1500 submarines (known as the Shishumar class in India). In addition to these developments at Mazagon Dock, the naval air arm also was upgraded. India purchased nearly two squadrons of the vertical and short takeoff and landing (VSTOL) Sea Harriers to replace an earlier generation of Sea Hawks.

In the mid-1990s, India was preparing for a major modernization program that was to include completion of three 5,000-ton Delhi-class destroyers, the building of three 3,700-ton frigates based on Italian Indian Naval Ship (INS)-10 design, and the acquisition of four hydrographic survey ships. Also to be built were an Indian-designed warship called Frigate 2001; six British Upholder-class submarines; an Indian-designed and Indian-built missile-firing nuclear submarine--the Advanced Technology Vessel--based on the Soviet Charlie II class; and an Indian-designed and Indian-built 17,000-ton air defense ship capable of carrying between twelve and fifteen aircraft. The air-defense ship will be, in effect, a replacement for India's two aging British aircraft carriers, the INS Vikrant , the keel of which was laid in 1943 but construction of which was not completed until 1961 and which was slated for decommissioning by 2000, and the INS Viraat , which entered service in 1987 was decommissioned in 2005. The problems encountered with modernizing these and other foreign-source ships led India to decide against acquiring an ex-Soviet Kiev-class aircraft carrier in 1994.

In the spirit of international military cooperation, India has made moves in the early and mid-1990s to enhance joint-nation interoperability. Indian naval exercises have taken place with ships from the Russian navy and those of Indian Ocean littoral states and other nations, including the United States.

Naval headquarters is located in New Delhi. It is under the command of the chief of naval staff--a full admiral. The chief of naval staff has four principal staff officers: the vice chief of naval staff, the vice chief of personnel, the chief of material, and the deputy chief of naval staff. The total strength of the navy in 1994 was 54,000, including 5,000 naval aviation personnel and 1,000 marines (one regiment, with a second reportedly forming).

Women were inducted into the Indian navy for the first time in 1992, when twenty-two were trained as education, logistics, and law cadres. In 1993 additional women were recruited for air traffic control duties. By 1994 there were thirty-five women naval officers.

The Indian navy is deployed under three area commands, each headed by a flag officer. The Western Naval Command is headquartered in Bombay on the Arabian Sea; the Southern Naval Command in Kochi (Cochin), in Kerala, also on the Arabian Sea; and the Eastern Naval Command in Vishakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, on the Bay of Bengal. Additionally, the navy has important bases in Calcutta and Goa.

The Southern Naval Command is responsible for naval officer training, which occurs at the Indian Naval Academy in Goa. Officer candidates are largely drawn from the National Defense Academy. After commissioning, officers are offered specialized training in antisubmarine warfare, aviation, communications, electronic warfare, engineering, hydrography, maritime warfare, missile warfare, navigation, and other naval specialties at various naval training institutions, many of which are collocated with the Training Command headquarters on Willingdon Island, near Kochi.

This page will be sorted along with the continuity where massey was lost in the tender thoughts of habiba:

Massey and habiba

Massey was thinking about the tender moments together with habiba, in his solitude at the CIA hd quarters this was the coolest thing he could think of to keep his mind comfortable, ................ it was the first time they had dated together outside Beirut and flew together to Paris for the long weekend of june 5th to combine the four days off from Friday to Monday: renting a car with hertz upon arrival at paris Charles degaulle airport they drove, habiba at the drivers seat to the Ritz Paris situated at 15, place vendome’ in the heart of paris, it was a dream for habiba to spend a romantic stay at the ritz though she was familiar with this hotel coming with her mom amanpour when she was at her peak as a French actress. Habiba grew up in paris and was very comfortable driving around paris, Ritz is a super luxury hotel one of the very best in the world and they maintained their status for the last fifty years or so, this was the same hotel where princess Diana dined with friends MJ and dodi before going on the fatal crash drive, her picture flashed in habiba’s mind.

As habiba stopped the car at the Ritz’s entrance the valet parking attendant took over from her another attendant took out the bags and suit cases the concierge took them personally to the check-in desk to sign-in for the room key the service at the ritz was amazing and so personal they knew everything about you before you arrived at the hotel.!!!

Once inside the privacy of their deluxe room habiba and massey were so excited for some time they just stood in the huge window overlooking the rue’ place vendome’ avenue and the breath taking view of paris by the evening. At the table in side the room a basket of fruits and Champaign and wine was waiting for them especially sent by the service manager.!!!

At the table in side the room a basket of fruits and Champaign and wine was waiting for them especially sent by the service manager.!!!

The champagne was chilled and the fruits ripe and juicy looking. Massey suddenly felt parched. He felt he had enough of the view, and he had to satiate his thirst. He uncorked the wine bottle and filled two long-necked champagne glasses and handed one to Habiba.

"Heres to a relaxing and fun-filled vacation", he hoped as he raised his glass to clink it with hers.

"Here, here!" she shreiked as her glass united with his to produce a pleasant tinkle.

Massey drank his entire glass all at once and approached the table again for seconds. He generously filled his glass as Habiba looked on with an amused expression and a twinkle in her eye.

"Uh oh, looks like theres going to be some trouble", she giggled.

Massey plopped on the comfortable chaise before sipping on the cool and soothing drink. "Trouble? What trouble?", he asked as he loosened his tie and unhooked his shirt's top button.

"Ugh! Nevermind!!!", said Habiba rolling her eyes.

Suddenly there was silence. Massey continued lounging and sipping dreamily while Habiba paced the plush carpet thoughfully.

"Is it only me or is it getting warm in here?" wondered Habiba as she stripped herself of her gray hoodie. She wore such casual clothes when she flew. Hoodies were warm and comfortable and not fussy at all.

Underneath she wore a sleeveless black top that fit her snugly showing off her curves. Her tight, white, low-rider capris and fitted black top showed off her taut, washboard abs and allowed Massey a peek at her belly button, teasing his senses.

Habiba kicked off her sandals, pulled out her ponytail and tossed her head making her long, raven, wavy tresses dance.

"Ahhhhh...!!!!", she exclaimed spinning around energetically with her arms flailing. "The wine got me so hyper! I have to work off this energy somehow or I wont go to bed till early morning!".

"Oh, I believe I saw a state-of-the-art gym on the ground floor. And good hotels keep them open 24 hours a day", advised Massey.

"Cha! I dont work out on vacations. At work, Im serious-Sally but when Im vacationing, Im a bad, bad girl!!"

Massey was caught off guard at that comment. 'Bad, bad girl'? He frowned and looked away.

"Ummm, I think I need a hot bath. A warm bubbly soak in the huge tub will totally relax me", decided Habiba. "Im going to dim the lights after I turn the stereo on to a good station, then become one with the water."

"Ok, but dont fall asleep in the tub", slurred Massey.

"Er...you do know how to give mouth-to-mouth resuscitation, dont you?" she winked as she pulled her bath-robe out of her small suitcase when out fell her racy lacy undergarments. She stuffed them back in and glanced at Massey to see if he'd seen what'd happened. She blushed when she saw he did. She shrugged off the incident in a minute. She wasnt going let her inhibitions get in the way of some much-needed fun.

She then switched on the radio and tuned into a station playing lilting and soft tunes. "Im going to keep the door unlocked in case nature calls and you need the toilet", she announced before she closed the door.

The music was blaring, but it was ok because it was a soothing instrumental number. He took off his tie and shirt and put on a white cotton tee. The champagne got to him a bit, since he wasnt a habitual drinker. He had no tolerance for alcohol even in small amounts. But he was still on his feet and started to feel bored.

He didnt know if he felt the urgency to relieve his full bladder because he just wanted a reason to go in the bathroom or because he really needed to!!!

Without a moments hesitation, he knocked on the bathroom door.

"Its open, c'mon in!" chirped Habiba.

Massey took a deep breath, and slowly opened the door........................

(continue from here, please).
Whenever you can't sleep
May you be treated to a song
And heaven cracks
A song falls softly from the light of heaven.
