In our humble opinion, the initiator of a poll is seeking for himself others' opinion over something, and hence will not vote himself. Hence the initiator cannot himself vote. Of course, not an insect moves without Thy bidding, and so if we think like this, it is Thy wish that we do so. If the software works like this, it must be Thy wish that it do, too.
