1 jan 1970 shows that the this board is running on a linux dabba
the ID no is created when u join the boards
coz my date of registration is 21 nov 2004 and my id is 2545
whereas enriquee 2378 and he registered on 26th feb 2005
and kiddo registered on 16th nov 2004 and has a id 2093
i am not that jobless so ill stop here

mmm... nope. Check profiles from 1 to 75 and you will see that the registration numbers are not given according to date. For example, a member joined in 2002 has a registration number higher (76) than the member joined in 2003.

the date shown there is not the date one joins the boards
tis the date u register on FH that is on any of its services
like one of my hydi frns made me register on the blog .. never used it tho
but i started using the DB pretty late

So Does it mean that Immaterial of When u join the boards,ur profile id is created only when u start Posting 
Coz as fl said,enriquee Having Joined Later than fl has a userid which is Lesser than fl's whereas it should have been the other way round

The profiles in the DBs are created only when a signed-up user of fullhyd.com logs in into the DB section. The 41,000+ number is the number of people who have come in here, and the 2,300+ is the number of people who've logged in into the section. You have to log in to do certain things like:
1. Post
2. Send a PM
3. Send an email
The visit to post ratio on fullhyd.com is about 50:1 - that is why there are normally a lot of people online but fewer of them posting. Most people search for information on the DBs, or browse, or send PMs to members.
Some of the idiosyncrasies of the forums are since we were on another platform earlier, and changed our forum software in Dec 2003, migrating all data. For example, several hundred people who posted before that are not on the DB list yet, since they have not come back after the overhaul.
