Go to the RTO office of ur area. It will be swarming with agents

Exactly. Go to the RTA office and get it done yourself. The other day I got the registration of my 15 year old Premier Padmini renewed. In 45 minutes flat! No agents, no middle men, nothing. There are more places than one where 'self-help is the best help' :p.

Thanks ppl... I am pleasantly surprised to know that the RTO here functions that efficiently... I am new to hyderabad.. and have most of my time up in the north where it doesnt work like this :cry:

Hi Guys,

I have purchased a second hand bike which is AP registration from one of my friend, Kindly let me know if there are any trusted agents who can help me in change of ownership, or tell me the process that i should go with. The issues am facing are: 1) the owner of the bike is not in India, whereas he has given power of attorney to his dad so will his dad's signature work while selling the bike? 2) I don't have an address proof in Hyderabad because i recently landed here, so if i apply for UID will it work? 3) I cannot personally go to RTO to do this wrk because monday to friday am held up in my office. pls help me on this...

Can somebody through light on my question:-

What Type of Drivers License should I apply, in order to get Driver's/Taxi Badge?
If I get taxi badge, I am legible for driving my own non transport vehicle?
