Should open sex in Hyderabad be permitted?

This is subject for discussion to know view about sex.
Open sex (sex workers). should be allowed or not
here are some CONTRACDTING problems.

First

If sex workers are allowed, then there will be huge crime because dada's gunda's bhai will do only this business and then there will be potential treat to society.

Second
There are lot of unsatified people in society (including women) due to sex, there can be possiblity of man not get married due to some personal reasons, away from wife/husband.
this will also leads to potential treat to society in terms of Rape, Molestation etc.

Third.
Now days college girl is big source of sex racket.
There may be guinine girls who may required money for their eduction and due to no other source they may getting in this stuff but their are girls who are involved only to increase pocket money. ( I dont have any proof for such but I am aware of)
