Hi we rented a house in hyderabad, tenants are not giving rent on proper time, we have to visit and call tons of times to ask for it. They make happen some repairs and blackmail that they give rent only if repair is fixed. They feel like they are in hotel, and want room service for very small things.
I live out of station, Could anyone suggest what is best approach?
