VISION 2020: Telangana State Formation

Introduce and get a bill passed in parliament as follows:

1. Select a capital for Seema-Andhra. May be one among: Vizag, Ongole, Vijayawada (VOV)
2. Capital of Andhra Pradesh will be Hyderabad from Jan to June
3. Capital of Andhra Pradesh will be VOV from July to December
4. This will continue for 10 years until 2020
5. Telangana and Seema-Andhra states will be declared from 01 January 2021

(I hope Telangana people wont mind waiting for 10 more years, they have waited for so many years after all)

This gives ample time for development of both regions and the mindset of people of both regions will adjust to the decision. I hope such a bill will be introduced in parliament. I hope some academicians and political pandits will read this and make good decisions for the development of both Telangana and Seema-Andhra.

* Chandigarh Model May Still Be Followed, sans Union Territory Status for Hyderabad.

* Hyderabad will be the Capital, "Tri-Capital", or Telugu Capital Region, for Three New States of Andhra, Rayalaseema and Telangana - Called ART "Sisters" perhaps.

* This may be tried for some time, say 10 / 15 / 30 Years, and periodically Reviewed.

* The Emphasis should be on the Overall Cooperation, Prosperity and Happiness of the Telugu People!

Chandigarh sits in the border and hence it is possible, but will it work for HYD

Hyderabad Kindgom of Nizams had Three Regions, Telangana, Marathwada and Karnataka, with Hyderabad as Capital. Telangana Region surrounded Hyderabad. Upon States' Reorganisation, Marathwada continued as a Region, part of Bombay State and later of Maharashtra. Mysore State had "Hyderabad Karnataka" as a Region. Telangana, too, retained its identity as a Region of Andhra Pradesh State.
Due to the Cultural Differences, stoked recently by shortsighted Politicians, AP may have to be split, not into Two but Three "States" of Telangana, Andhra and Rayalaseema. Tri-Capital Hyderabad may help their peaceful evolution and development. For the Good of Telugus Everywhere!
