Give and Take Formula for Telangana

The three regions of Andhra Pradesh must be redrawn for this formula to work.

1. Take Mahabubnagar and include it in Rayalaseema
2. Take Nalgonda and include it in Coastal Andhra

Now, Rayalaseema will be connected to Hyderabad through Mahabubnagar and Andhra will be connected to Hyderabad through Nalgonda. Now, Telangana can be given with Hyderabad as joint capital for Seema-Andhra and Telangana. Alternatively, Hyderabad can be capital for Telangana, Andhra and Rayalaseema (TAR states) at the same time ! BINGO ! Problem Solved if Telangana gives up two districts !

There is this Concept of "Patnam" / "Shahar" / "City" for any Area in a State, or outside the State. For example, for Nellore and Chittur the "Patnam" is "Chennapatnam" / Chennai, for Anantapur / Hindupur, the "Patnam" is Bengaluru, for AP / Odisha Border Areas, the City is Visakhapatnam, and for Marathwada and Karnataka Border Areas with AP, it is HYDERABAD!
The Concept can be extended and Hyderabad may be the de facto Capital of T A R States. A Convenient Seat of Administration, enjoying good connectivity with all the Regions. A Pragmatic Approach May Help!

The formula is fine tuned

by telugodu1947 » Fri Jul 22, 2011 8:15 pm

Two new districts should be carved out.........and Hyderabad must be expanded into a bigger Metro

1. Split Mahabubnagar into East and West (Dividing line will be NH7).
2. West Mahabubnagar will keep the name Mahabubnagar District and remain with Telangana.
3. East Mahabubnagar will be renamed Nagar-Kurnool District and merge with Rayalaseema
4. Split Nalgonda into North and South (Dividing line will be NH9).
5. North Nalgonda will be renamed Bhongir District and remain in Telangana
6. South Nalgonda will be renamed Miryalaguda District and be merged with Andhra.
7. Since, Rayalaseema is small, Nellore and Prakasam may be given to Rayalaseema.
8. Parts of Ranga Reddy bordering Nagar-Kurnool District and Miryalaguda District must be merged with Hyderabad.
9. Hyderabad can also be split into 3 parts. West of NH7 and North of NH9 will belong to Telangana. Between NH7 and Srisailam Highway will belong to Rayalaseema. Between, Srisailam highway and NH9 will belong to Andhra.

So, the formula is give and take. Telangana gets to keep a larger part of Hyderabad as it sacrifices part of Nalgonda and Mahabubnagar, while Rayalaseema and Andhra get part of Mahabubnagar and Nalgonda (respectively) while loosing major part of Hyderabad.

Now, Rayalaseema will be connected to Hyderabad through Nagar-Kurnool District and Andhra will be connected to Hyderabad through Miryalaguda District. Now, Telangana can be given with Hyderabad as joint capital for Seema-Andhra and Telangana. Alternatively, Hyderabad can be capital for Telangana, Andhra and Rayalaseema (TAR states) at the same time ! BINGO ! Problem Solved if Telangana gives up half of two districts (equal to one district) !

In view of possible security/clashes between people of the three regions, the Hyderabad police must be brought directly under the central government, while other departments such a road transport/RTC etc can operate jointly on a revenue sharing basis. Land/revenue departments of course will be separated region wise.

Finally,

Telangana: 9 Districts + Hyderabad as capital
Rayalaseema: 7 Districts + Hyderabad as capital
Andhra: 8 Districts + Hyderabad as capital

Fine Tuned Further

by telugodu1947 » Sat Jul 23, 2011 9:23 pm

(Fine Tuned further since people of Nalgonda and Miryalaguda towns will not agree to stay with Andhra)

Two new districts should be carved out.........and Hyderabad must be expanded into a bigger Metro

1. Split Mahabubnagar into East and West (Dividing line will be NH7).
2. West Mahabubnagar should keep the name "Mahabubnagar District" and it should remain with Telangana.
3. East Mahabubnagar should be renamed as Nagar-Kurnool District and should be merged with Rayalaseema
4. Split Nalgonda into North and South (Dividing line will be Nagarjuna Sagar Road).
5. North Nalgonda should keep the same name "Nalgonda" and should remain in Telangana
6. South Nalgonda should be renamed as "Nagarjuna Sagar District" and should be merged with Andhra.
7. Since, Rayalaseema is small, Nellore and Prakasam may be given to Rayalaseema.
8. Parts of Rangareddi bordering "Nagar-Kurnool District" and "Nagarjuna Sagar District" must be merged with Hyderabad.
9. Hyderabad can also be split into 3 parts. The region West of NH7 and North of NH9 should belong to Telangana. The region between NH7 and Srisailam Highway should belong to Rayalaseema. The region between Srisailam highway and Nagarjuna Sagar Road will belong to Andhra.

So, the formula is give and take. Telangana gets to keep a larger part of Hyderabad as it sacrifices parts of Nalgonda and Mahabubnagar, while Rayalaseema and Andhra gets part of Mahabubnagar and Nalgonda (respectively) while loosing major part of Hyderabad.

Now, Rayalaseema will be connected to Hyderabad through Nagar-Kurnool District and Andhra will be connected to Hyderabad through Nagarjuna Sagar District. Now, Telangana can be given with Hyderabad as joint capital for Seema-Andhra and Telangana. Alternatively, Hyderabad can be capital for Telangana, Andhra and Rayalaseema (TAR states) at the same time ! BINGO ! In view of possible security/clashes between people of the three regions, the Hyderabad police must be brought directly under the central government, while other departments such as road transport/RTC etc can operate jointly on a revenue sharing basis. Land/revenue departments of course will be separated region wise.

Movement of People/Vehicles:
1. Vehicles of Telangana registration should have full rights to enter all parts of HYD, Nagarjuna Sagar District & NagarKurnool District
2. Vehicles of Andhra registration should have full rights to enter all parts of HYD and Nalgonda Dist.
3. Vehicles of Rayalaseema registration should have full rights to enter all parts of HYD and Mahabubnagar District.

Finally,

1. Telangana: 9 Districts + Hyderabad as capital (Hyderabad, Mahabubnagar, Rangareddi, Medak, Adilabad, Nizamabad, Karimnagar, Warangal, Nalgonda, Khammam)

2. Rayalaseema: 7 Districts + Hyderabad as capital (Hyderabad, NagarKurnool, Kurnool, Anantapur, YSR-Cuddapah, Chitoor, Nellore, Prakasam)

3. Andhra: 8 Districts + Hyderabad as capital (Hyderabad, Nagarjuna Sagar, Guntur, Krishna, East & West Godavari, Visakhapatnam, Vijayanagaram, Srikakulam)

SMALL STATES
Thought Provoking Proposal By Management Guru ... Check!
>>>>>>
* If all States were made more or less equal in population,
ranging from 10 to 40 million people, there would be better
balance.
* Management and development of Small States is easier.
* Table shows the present population, proposed number
of Small States and average population.

A.P 76 ÷ 3 = 26 Bihar 83 ÷ 3 = 28
Gujarat 51 ÷ 2 = 26 Karnataka 52 ÷ 2 = 26
M.P 50 ÷ 2 = 25 Maharashtra 97 ÷ 3 = 32
Rajasthan 57 ÷ 2 = 29 Tamil Nadu 62 ÷ 2 = 31
U.P 166 ÷ 5 = 33 West Bengal 80 ÷ 3 = 27

* Delhi and the other five Metro cities, - Mumbai, Kolkatta,
Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad - along with adjoining areas,
should be converted as City States.

So easy to say. The formula is too good to apply. Will they leave both these districts; this fight is never going to end. Everyone need some issue to fight with each other. Here this one is created to only fight. They are not going take any decision on it or never going to stop fighting for it. They keep themselves calm for some time and then start again. The poor people from the state and outside suffer due to it.
