Hi,
I have a 2 wheeler(6 year old) registered from Vijayawada, AP. I am planning to buy a new car in Hyderabad. Some people are suggesting to get the 2 wheeler transferred to different member of the family. But, the showroom rep states that it's not required since RTOs are different.
What should I believe? What's the reality? Please help
