I have this thing going in my mind these days.... I do everything for my husband like ... other than cooking etc, i cut his nails, clean his ears etc etc. But he never does that to me. But he does vaccuming, bath tub cleaning, washes dishes whenever i am not in a mood to do, he even cooks during weekends but refuse to change the diaper of our son. He says it\'s the mother\'s duty. Is he an MCP or am i thinking too much about these little things??? I should say that he is a very loving person and he really cares.

if he claims to be an MCP he is a disgrace to the MCP club(i am a member). but to be very frank, he is halfway there. no point in kidding ourselves. i am sure he is wonderful for the things he does, like cooking and stuff. but when it comes to your son, the kids as much his son as he is yours. but as others have given their opinion, he is much better than the rest. so i guess you should be happy with that. good luck.

if he doesn\'t like to do some things, don\'t push him. let him do what he likes, if you insist what he doesn\'t like to do, he will give answers which sound like MCP. i have seen real MCPs. by your description, your husband won\'t even come close to them. you are cutting his nails and cleaning his ears coz you like to do them (or) you have spare time. if its the first case ... continue doing it(but don\'t compare), if its the second case ... catch a book or do indulge into something you always wanted do. FINALLY FOR ALL THE GUYS AND GALS>>> Men are from Mars and Women are from Venus(book by John Gray) - try to read this book/watch video/go to site http://www.marsvenus.com. It clearly tells the difference between men/women and what to expect from each other in a relationship.

Neeraj, MCP is short for Male Chauvinistic Pig. Its a term used for guys who think that women are the weaker sex and that all men are god\'s gift to womankind!

You better be, pal. If u are expecting platitudes about the superiority of the female gender, u won\'t get any. I don\'t believe in rubbing things in! The sooner u realise the truth the better:-)
