Auto Rickshaw Manual Fare meters were replaced with Digital meters but still tampering of Fare Meters are at boom in Hyderabad.

hey sanam ....yes meter tampering is still being done even with the new meters ..they have it clearly displayed in lots of shops in the old city area where it says meter work done here for certain price..well i dont really blame the people who are doing i would rather blame the officals who look the other side when they come across this or someone complains them about it ..i am very glad that someone posted a article on this issue..
