The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) has silently enhanced all fees pertaining to building permissions, layout permission, betterment charges and other necessary fees with immediate effect.Though the circular was issued to collect the new tariff from applicants from July 1, the town planning authorities did not make it public.
