Pathetic Customer Service in Ohri's Restaurant

Hi Every one,

Ohris restaurant in Banjara hill Rd 12 ,

customer service is pathetic,

i believe the Service team do not know what is hospitality.

the manager their Ramesh Naidu was unbelievely ILL MANNERD, INDESCENT person..

I am very Unhappy that it is not taken care and teh owner should do something about this..

I also did not have a good experience there. Though they do have a very high profile and back it up with good quality :thums up:.



Me n the sister went there fer ice-creams. We placed our order and waited and waited and waited, but the parcel did not arrive.



Then when we shouted at (requested) the Captain (or head waiter), only then they started running here n there. They had kept it in the fridge, while we were waiting fer it! Then there was another delay bcuz no one knew the bill amount. Sheesh....

The service is kinda better at the Basheerbagh Branch because its smaller.I stopped going there after they opened the Banjara Hills Branch.The main irritation in Ohris is the Bell.Man I hate it.It is always replied by a ****ing Thank You.

Achcha! Wo bhi hai kya usme ? Mein to ek hi baar gaya tha - that too around 11 in the nite to Far East @ B.Hills Ohris. Didn't notice it.



But the interiors are good man.

Yes.But I usually go to Ohris for havmor.Man the icecream is very very good.I think the best is Hazel Brazel.

i have been to all 3 of those restaurants in Ohri's Banjara and didnt have any bad experience....yet!



anyone tried the Mirchi (chilli) Icecream there? its chilli flavored, unique and good!

Chilli ice cream? nope. Me had Pineapple, and Vanilla and lewington (or some other stupid british name). All sundaes.

u shud try the chilli ice cream next time...its pale green n looks like Pista ice cream. after u swallow it, u can feel a mild heat in the throat and after a few spoonful, it can be felt in the mouth too...its nothing unpleasant, but different!



btw, i dont think its available at Havmore...its served at the restaurant upstairs.



if u r at the restaurant (indian one) try the Flambe Gulab Jamoon too! just when they serve the gulab jamun, they pour a shot of rum on it and set it on fire. u eat it after the fire dies out. the jamoon is warm and has a superb and unique 'rummy' flavour!
