The people who are working with us suddenly develop high ego. The ego is so high that two guys go on talking with themselves, totally not considering me. Why does it happen? How to tolerate and approach these?

Well, we don\'t know the whole story. May be Mr. X has screwed up as well. There could be many reasons though. Speaking different languages also creates this problem at work. Well, who knows!

Well the world changed a lot from the time when the saying was coined to today. The new saying is \"should there be three of you and two are in conversation to an extent of the exclusion of the third person, then it\'s time for the third person to show the middle finger and find a new group.\"

Mr. X, every one goes through this situation at some point in their lives. The only difference is the way in which each individual handles the situation. As for me, I would turn on some music, preferably rock. It really helps. One man (I don\'t know who) says time can be a healer while another says water can be a healer. Probably someone said this too but I say it again. Music can be a healer. Trust me buddy, switch to Radio City or some other station and just don\'t give a F*** about those guys.

ok...i'll explain in simple terms:

1) raise your right hand in front of your face, the palm facing you.

2) close all the fingers to make a fist

3) inhale slowly

4) slowly raise just the middle finger and let it stand straight

5) extend your arm to the fullest towards the other person with yr fist n fingers in the same position.

6) exhale and say "fu ck you" with all the force you can muster and your teeth showing in a grimace

7) enjoy the look of shock, anger and bewilderment in the other party's face
